COCKTAIL MAPLE FIZZ
- 1.5 cl Maple Syrup “Main Harvest” Escuminac ORGANIC
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 1.5 cl egg white
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 2 cl rye whisky (Optional)
- Tonic Water
- Cinnamon stick
1 Add the maple syrup, rye whisky (if required), egg white, lemon juice and Angostura bitters to the shaker.
2 Without adding ice, shake briskly for 15 secs. Fill the shaker with ice and shake briskly.
3 Strain, pour into a high ball glass and top up with tonic and ice-cubes.
4 To finish, grate some cinnamon on top and serve.
