COCKTAIL MAPLE FIZZ

INGREDIENTS

- 1.5 cl Maple Syrup “Main Harvest” Escuminac ORGANIC
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 1.5 cl egg white
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 2 cl rye whisky (Optional)
- Ice
- Tonic Water
- Cinnamon stick

PREPARATION

Add the maple syrup, rye whisky (if required), egg white, lemon juice and Angostura bitters to the shaker.

Without adding ice, shake briskly for 15 secs. Fill the shaker with ice and shake briskly.

Strain, pour into a high ball glass and top up with tonic and ice-cubes.

To finish, grate some cinnamon on top and serve.
